These East Tennessee students may soon have some choices especially in terms of higher educational learning. The local developmental firm have entirely announce last Wednesday that this University of Phoenix that offering career college courses online and dozens of its campuses in United States and as well in Canada are now planning of setting its shop of West Knoxville. According to the director of this leasing and marketing towards Commercial and Investment Properties who is Justin Cazana that this university had already been inked on this seven year deal of leasing 17,000 square feet for this CIP’s Century Park I office building. This Century Park office complex was quite located on the eastern portion of this Pellissippi Parkway in the southern portion of Dutchtown Road.

Cazana stated that working on towards this space will begin this February and this site will now be their universities first Knoxville location. According to this University of Phoenix Web site that it already got a location of Chattanooga, Nashville, and Memphis. The university of spokesman could entirely be reaching their comments but during the time that there classes will start upon, this university will now be joining some competitors who had already been offering a college and university level courses in their area. Since, this short drive northwest of Pellissippi Parkway will be taking these motorists towards this Hardin Valley of Road Exit where this Pellissippi State Community College was entirely been located. Meanwhile this Strayer University that had some dozens of school campus location are mostly located in this Eastern portion of United States and entirely be catering their students who are now working as full time that got some location of this Parkside Drive that is quite near on the intersection portion of this Interstate 40 and Pellissippi Parkway.

Allen Edwards who is the president of this Pellissippi state stated that they are not been aware of this Phoenix plans but still stated that this competition is not something that he would not be concern about. Since, they don’t typically appeal towards the same students that will be coming.
